Mamanegu is a small business based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, specialized in pastries and personalized cakes. Recently, the brand has undergone steady growth and a digital transformation, which included establishing a strong presence on social media.

Challenge

Develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy to increase brand awareness and drive consideration among current and potential customers in Buenos Aires.

Solution

From 2019 to 2025, I worked with Mamanegu to craft their marketing and communications strategy. I built a community of over 35,000 followers across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest through a consistent, multiplatform approach and creative content creation. By leveraging storytelling and cohesive visual communication, I helped position Mamanegu as a recognizable and trusted brand in its category, fostering engagement and strengthening customer loyalty.
